12th Grade (Class of 2026) Students:
As you prepare to graduate, click below to learn steps you should take to request a transcript for your college applications.
For questions, please contact Ms. Alba via email at kalba@opusd.org or speak to Ms. Fitts in the College & Career Center or your Caseload Counselor.
Alumni and Current 9th-11th Grade Students:
Once you have graduated, we will only be able to provide your transcript via mail or email. We will no longer be able to electronically submit to colleges on your behalf.
Payment must be submitted as cash or check to OPHS 899 Kanan Road Oak Park, CA 91377 Attn: Kim Alba or dropped off in the black mailbox outside the OPHS Front Office.
