Health Office

The OPHS Health Technician is Nancy Yamane. 

During the school year, she can be reached by phone at: (818) 735-3332 or via e-mail at: nyamane@opusd.org 

Her duties are as follows:

1. Collect and set up medications for all students taking meds on campus. 
2. Maintain daily health office log and daily medication log.
3. Disperse medications to students.
4. Provide students with first-aid when needed.
5. Maintain stock of needed health office items.
6. Maintain immunization records as well as health conditions and concerns.
7. Assist Administration with testing materials as needed.
